The City of Moreno Valley provides many services to its residents including:

  • Affordable Housing Programs
    Learn more about programs to assist low-income renters, homeowners, and home buyers.
  • Animal Shelter
    The City's animal shelter provides a safe haven for lost and unwanted pets. It's a great place to find a new "best friend" or family pet.
  • City e-Services
    Here's a one-click place to find all of the services the City provides online including: pet search, real-time TV feed, police online crime reporting form, street light form, and more.
  • Code and Neighborhood Services
    The City of Moreno Valley Code and Neighborhood Services Division enforces the City’s municipal codes on private property throughout the City. This section provides a description of typical code violations along with numbers to call to report them.
  • Drought Information
    Links to Information on drought tolerant landscaping, low water use appliances, and high efficiency toilets are provided.
  • Emergency Management
    The City of Moreno Valley places a high priority on being prepared for emergencies and disasters. To help residents prepare for emergencies, the City provides Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) training at a minimal cost. Interested citizens may also want to consider joining the Emergency Response Force (ERF) and/or ACES/RACES (emergency HAM communications group).
  • Employment Resource Center
    In an effort to help unemployed or underemployed Moreno Valley residents, the City of Moreno Valley opened the Moreno Valley Employment Resource Center (ERC).
  • Fire Department

    Learn what you can do to protect yourself in the event of a flood.
  • Foreclosure Prevention
    The City has organized access to a number of resources available to help Moreno Valley residents address their risk of foreclosure.
  • Your Finances, Your Future
    Basic Financial Education Resources For You, Your Family and Your Community, from Office of the State Controller John Chiang. As a member of our community the City of Moreno Valley would like to provide this access to basic, unbiased information on how to be smart about your personal finances.
  • Library
    The Moreno Valley Public Library provides not only books but also public use computers, Wi-Fi, audiobooks, DVDs, a literacy program and more.
  • Parks & Community Services
