The frequency of these services varies depending upon each area’s financial resources. Funding is provided by the property owners through a parcel charge levied on the annual property tax bill.

The City provides maintenance of public landscaping to various residential communities and commercial/industrial developments within the City. To ensure our community has the financial resources to maintain the public landscaping throughout our community, the City established landscape maintenance districts.
