Community Services District (CSD): Is a group of funds that are used to account for the revenues expended on various Community Services and
is a component unit of the City of Moreno Valley.

Zone A – Parks and Community Services: Provides citywide park Zone C – Arterial Street Lighting: Provides citywide street lighting

Landscape Maintenance District (LMD) 2014-02: Provides Lighting Maintenance District (LMD) 2014-01: Residential Street
funding for the maintenance of public landscaping throughout the City. Lighting provides the funding for the operation and maintenance of
residential subdivision street lighting.
Zone D – Standard Landscaping: Provides landscaping for
residential developments throughout the City. Zone M – Medians: Provides maintenance of medians within the City.

Zone E- Extensive Landscaping: Provides landscaping in major Community Facilities District (CFD) #1: Provides
developments within the City. maintenance of new parks, trails and class 1 bikeways.

Zone L – Library Services: Provides library services to City Zone S – Sunnymead Boulevard Maintenance: Provides
residents. maintenance of extensive landscape services for certain
improvements constructed along Sunnnymead Boulevard.
