Used Oil Collection

It is illegal to dispose of used oil in sewers, drainage systems, surface or ground waters, water courses or marine waters, onto the land or in your trash carts.

Before bringing your oil be sure to:

• Drain your used oil into a clean container.
• Do not mix any other materials, including water with used oil.
• Used oil drainer containers are provided to Moreno Valley residents at the HHW Events in Moreno Valley while supplies last.

Take your used oil to a Used Oil Certified Center or the next Household Hazardous Waste Collection Event. Filters should be drained of any residual oil and stored properly to avoid leakage.
