City of Moreno Valley Honored for Outstanding Financial Reports In 2021, the City of Moreno Valley was awarded the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting for the Popular Annual Finance Reporting, and the Distinguished Budget Presentation Awards from the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA), which are the highest governmental awards in reporting.

Moreno Valley Balances Budget Despite State and Local Pressures  Moreno Valley has approved a two-year balanced budget in June of this year.
