**This application is to request a waiver from the recycling requirement ONLY and not for organic waste recycling requirement
City-franchised haulers are required to provide all State mandate programs as a condition of their agreement. State law requires the City monitor its commercial businesses to ensure 100% compliance with mandatory recycling program requirements. To avoid required participation in the City-franchised hauler’s programs (and associated costs for service) your business must provide information which will allow the City to independently determine if your internal recycling program(s) and/or a program provided by another service provider are putting you in compliance with State mandated recycling laws (AB 341).
