United We Stand 6K Virtual Walk/Run
Show your 4th of July spirit by hiking the Terri Peak trail in patriotic gear! Can’t make it to the trail? Complete a 6K from the comfort of your own home! Get your heart pumpin’ and have your family and friends join in!

Difficulty: Moderate level hike
How to Participate
- Hike the trail (or complete any 6K) and record your time on any exercise app
- Screenshot your total distance and finished time
- Take photos along the hike and post on social media with the hashtags #MOVALPARKS #MOVAL6K
- Email your screenshot, name, phone number and address to specialevents@moval.org

- Photos must be family-friendly and not contain profanity or other offensive or inappropriate subject matter
- The event is open to all ages
Recommendations
- Please be safe and don't hike alone
- Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Hiking boots are encouraged!
- Hike during daylight hours
- Bring sunblock, hat and lots of water!
- Note that the hiking trail is not stroller friendly
- Follow all hiking trail signage
