2019 Veterans Day Event Seeks to Honor "Heroes 4 Heroes"

Recognition of Individuals or Groups Serving Veterans

For immediate release: October 15, 2019

This Veterans Day, the City of Moreno Valley and the Moreno Valley Chamber of Commerce hope to recognize groups and individuals who have made outstanding efforts to support military veterans.

Nomination forms for recognition are now available online on the City's Veterans Memorial web page at www.moval.org/community/mv-vet.shtml. To be considered, nominations must be returned, either online or in hard copy, to the Chamber of Commerce office no later than Friday, Oct. 25.

"We are fortunate to have so many veterans and military families in our community," explained Dr. Yxstian A. Gutierrez, Mayor of Moreno Valley. "We take great pride in their service to our nation and feel a deep sense of gratitude to each of them."
