Capital Improvement Projects
Capital Improvement Projects are derived from the City's Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). The CIP identifies projects required through the ultimate General Plan build-out of the City to build, improve, and maintain the City’s Infrastructure.

Pavement Rehabilitation and Preservation Project
The Pavement Rehabilitation Program was approved by the City Council on February 1, 2022. It includes the removal and replacement of pavement surfaces to extend the service life of the street pavement, and aims to repair over 180 miles of road in roughly 18 months. Learn more about this project.
