Division Services

The City of Moreno Valley provides trash, recycling and special waste handling services to residents and businesses through a contract with Waste Management. The Purchasing and Sustainability Division manages this contract and recycling as well as special programs in the City. For details, see the FY 22/23 Waste Hauler Agreement.
