It is my pleasure to present the 2023 City
Manager’s Annual Report that highlights
some of the profound achievements that
shaped our community’s growth throughout
the year.

One of the top priorities of our Mayor and
City Council was to focus on improving the
quality of life for our residents by investing in
our city. Some notable investments include
the addition of eight sworn police officers
and a third Fire Medic Squad as part of the
2023-2024 and 2024-2025 budget.

The Mayor and City Council approved
a $6 million Parks Rehabilitation and
Refurbishment Program which is the largest
