MVTV-3 wins three regional awards

Moreno Valley’s government access cable television channel, MVTV-3, has won three regional awards from the States of California and Nevada Chapter of the National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors - more commonly known as SCAN NATOA.

MVTV-3 won a first place Star Award for Moreno Valley's Community Events Bulletin Board, and two third place awards for the "Multi Use Trail System" and "How Your Tax Dollars Are Spent" videos. The awards were presented today at SCAN NATOA’s annual conference and luncheon in Santa Monica.

"MVTV-3 just keeps getting better,” said Interim Administrative Services Director, Angela Rushen. "I can’t say enough about how proud I am of this team. They continue to produce award-winning material year after year for our residents,” she said.

The “How Your Tax Dollars Are Spent” video airs this month on MVTV-3 at 7 a.m., 10 a.m. and 10 p.m.

MVTV-3 staff members are: Louis Rocha, Dominic Durden, Rob Roseen, Rod Labuni, Steve Jacobs and Angela Rushen.
