Discarding unwanted items in a vacant lot, instead of at the Riverside County dump, causes a public health and safety hazard.

• If you see junk, trash or debris in a vacant lot:
  call Code and Neighborhood Services at 951.413.3340. The City will notify the owner of the property that they must clean up the lot.
• If you see someone discarding items on vacant lots in the City:
  call the Police Department at 951.247.8700.

The City has also placed remote cameras on vacant lots where dumping most often occurs. Anyone identified from the cameras will be prosecuted.
